BACKGROUND: 2015 marks the eight year 1-800-GOT-JUNK? will offer free electronic recycling in recognition of Earth Day. Last year, we recycled 6 tonnes of electronics, collected 240 lbs of food and over 0 in cash for the food bank, and shredded 2 tonnes of paper. This year, we’re hoping heroes come out to help us do even more! This year’s partners include Planet Earth Recycling, Organizing Help and Okanagan Paper Shredding.
