What I Eat In A Day During An Eczema Flareup // VEGAN // Experimenting with Instant Pot!

On today’s episode of what I eat in a day as a vegan, I was blessed with a pretty horrible eczema flare-up thanks to eating some nuts the week prior and stressing myself out with work/deadlines. I thought about not recording the video since I had such a bad flare up but I decided I might as well just do it because hey, it’s life. Sometimes eczema kicks us in the face and if I can’t do much during the day in terms of work, the least I can do is eat some good food.

I wouldn’t go so far as to say that any of these foods are good for my skin, basically I just wanted to show you that it’s pretty much the same sort of stuff I eat normally but I usually don’t have the energy to do much else. If I were working and whatnot I’d probably be cooking a lot less and eating more leftovers =P

Why isn’t your logo using the Vietnamese flag? – Actually I use the South Vietnam flag because it represents Viet Kieu (Vietnamese immigrants after the fall of Saigon), my parents were both boat refugees before immigrating to Canada. My logo combines two parts of my identity: Maple leaf because I’m Canadian, and the South Vietnam flag because I’m Vietnamese 🙂
